- Key Skills:
- Typing Speed: Minimum 25 words per minute with 95% accuracy
- Basic computer knowledge
- Proficiency in Email Writing

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Capture and validate data for correctness according to client guidelines.
- Follow instructions provided in the Process Manual.
- Achieve goals and targets as per defined KPIs.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures under the guidance of the supervisor/manager.
Important Notes:
- Willingness to work in night shifts, odd shifts, and rotational shifts is required.
- Availability to work on weekends and continuous night shifts may be required.
