Job Description:
The Graduate Engineer Trainee role at Reliance involves a structured onboarding and orientation program to help new employees integrate smoothly into the company. As a GET, you will receive mentorship from industry experts and hands-on experience through various projects. You will also have the opportunity to network with your peers and senior leaders.
A key feature of this role is the chance to secure a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) based on performance. The selected candidates may be placed in any location across India, depending on the business needs of RIL.
As part of your duties, you will gain knowledge of wireless networking technologies such as 802.11, and enhance your technical expertise while working in a collaborative, inclusive, and agile team environment.

- Educational Qualification: Full-time BE/BTech from AICTE-approved engineering colleges.
- Eligible Disciplines: Open to students from Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Metallurgical, and Fire Engineering backgrounds.
- Academic Requirements:
- Minimum 60% or 6 CGPA in 10th, 12th, and Engineering (up to the latest semester).
- No active backlogs or cases of academic detention.
- Full-time Engineering degree from AICTE-approved institutions.
