Job Role: Associate Solutions Engineer
As an Associate Solutions Engineer, you will contribute to building cutting-edge solutions that empower Gainsight’s clients. This role provides a platform to utilize your technical expertise and creativity in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build Demos and Proof of Concept (POC) environments to support field-based Solution Consulting and Sales teams.
- Act as an internal Gainsight Admin for Solutions Engineering Operations, managing demo environments for Gainsight’s product suite, including CS, PX, CC, and CE.
- Configure and maintain master demo environments with updated features and new releases.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to incorporate the latest updates into demos.
- Analyze data and design solutions that align with client-specific business needs.
- Customize the Gainsight platform to meet the unique technical requirements of potential customers.
- Create out-of-box integrations and solutions to showcase Gainsight’s clear value proposition.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or equivalent.
- A strong academic foundation is essential.
- Experience:
- Hands-on experience of 0.6 – 2 years in Solutions Engineering or Professional Services, with SaaS experience preferred.
- Experience in CRM, databases, and data integration processes (Salesforce, Hubspot, Zendesk, or similar platforms).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Gainsight experience or certification is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with globally distributed teams.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
