- Maintain high-quality standards and achieve a QA score of 80% or above.
- Educational Support:
- Review mentor sessions and ensure alignment with current guidelines and processes.
- Provide on-demand video support to students for complex topics.
- Offer feedback and suggestions to improve activity guidelines and processes.
- Collaboration & Mentorship:
- Collaborate with fellow team members and mentors to enhance the learning experience.
- Help train new MNEs (Mentor Session Experts) during their first 90 days and assist in their onboarding process.
- Identify weak areas and provide constructive feedback to improve performance across the team.
- Continuous Learning & Process Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest trends in Data Analytics and related technologies.
- Suggest new courses based on market demand and assist in curriculum development.
- Analyze incoming data and report findings to improve processes and content delivery.
Required Skills & Expertise:
