Job Description:
As a Product Executive at PhonePe, your primary responsibilities will include coordinating with various teams and assisting in the smooth execution of operational tasks. Here are some key aspects of the job role:
- Assist in maintaining the advertisement register for IRDA filings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to issue advertisement codes.
- Review merchant exception cases and ensure alignment with the approved merchant onboarding SOP.
- Maintain and update dashboards for NPRA (New Product Review Advisory) and Merchant Advisory.
- Facilitate intra-team coordination and follow-up with other teams for NPRA responses.
- Ensure proper record-keeping and follow-up for the closure of product reviews related to NPRA.
- Maintain the Service Now tool for NPRA reviews.

Eligibility Criteria:
