Job Description
As an Associate at KLDiscovery, you will support the Recruiting and Staffing team to ensure seamless onboarding for new hires and deliver exceptional client experiences. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, alongside a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Recruiting and Staffing team to create a positive experience for both clients and employees.
- Execute established onboarding processes and procedures to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
- Collaborate with Recruiting and Staffing Specialists to manage timely job postings across various locations.
- Accurately prepare and execute documentation required by the Human Resources team, meeting all deadlines.
- Liaise with universities and career advisors to build a talent pipeline of fresh graduates for non-attorney and entry-level attorney roles.
- Assist recruiters in conducting availability checks for veteran candidates for upcoming projects.
- Perform administrative tasks related to document reviewers before, during, and after projects.
Eligibility Criteria
