Job Description & Responsibilities:
As a Data Analyst at CDK Global, you will be responsible for analyzing, managing, and reporting on critical business data to drive efficiency and decision-making. Key responsibilities include:
Customer Rewards and Fee Waiver Management:
- Utilize Cognos to generate and save the 3PA MBD Customer Rewards Tracking Report to SharePoint folders.
- Maintain updated catalogs for Advanced Integration and execute monthly billing reports.
- Respond to customer rewards and fee waiver requests from internal teams, ensuring accuracy and timely communication.
Project Bumblebee Management:
- Host and manage Project Bumblebee stand-up calls (twice weekly).
- Maintain and update the PowerPoint deck for weekly status meetings.
- Record updates and sync with senior team members for reporting and alignment.
- Generate and share progress reports with the leadership team.
Additional Duties:
- Analyze company data using Cognos and Excel to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve reporting accuracy.
- Assist in automating critical workflows and maintaining seamless data management practices.
