Job Description
Motorola Solutions is looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join their team. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with product managers, system architects, and customer support teams to gather and analyze requirements and deliver data-driven insights. You will play a key role in improving business processes, contributing to product development, and providing recommendations to improve efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct research on market trends and competitor analysis to help inform product development.
- Data Analysis: Utilize tools like Excel, Google Workspace, or BI tools to analyze data, track product usage, and provide actionable reports.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements within the product and company operations to improve efficiency.
- User Stories & Use Cases: Develop and maintain user stories and use cases to assist sales teams.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the software or communications technology industry.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis using Excel or BI tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Experience with project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
