As an Operations Associate at Freshprints, your responsibilities will include:
- Resolving stock issue tickets, licensing tickets, and other miscellaneous tasks.
- Acting as a backup for the Order Processing team during low OS pool volumes.
- Sharing pricing quotes using available resources.
- Communicating and providing feedback to other teams to solve order issues and improve the licensing experience.
- Managing timelines and addressing licensing-related queries from Campus Managers.
- Performing order checks, data entry for reporting, and conducting Shopify/Gro tasks.
- Processing sample orders.
- Updating Printer Capacity Management System (PCMS) ratings.
Eligibility Criteria

- Experience: 0–5 years of experience in Operations or Logistics.
